1. Nature: The Online Ayurvedic Expert Assessment (“Assessment”) feature is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical advice or a doctor-patient relationship. The Assessment is consultative in nature and do not replace the need for personalized, in-person medical advice or diagnosis. It does not include medical diagnosis or any medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical care.
2. Individualized Recommendations: While our Ayurvedic experts are highly qualified and experienced, it's important to note that the recommendations provided during the Assessment are based on the information provided by the users and the general principles of Ayurveda. These recommendations may vary depending on individual circumstances and specific health conditions, which may require detailed personal consultations for a longer term that an assessment.
3. Assessment Duration: The duration of each Assessment is approximately 15 minutes. Vedix shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the User to Vedix or to any other person acting on behalf of Vedix.
• You shall be solely responsible for No-shows. No refunds shall be given in case of No-shows or if the User is not satisfied with the Assessment.
• You understand and agree that the Website Services are internet-based and hence delays may occur at any time due to reasons beyond our control.
• You are solely responsible for, and shall exercise caution, discretion, common sense and judgment in, using the service and disclosing personal information.
